Rainbow Cocktails!

I've had those light up drinks at Disneyland that are fun in a showy kind of way but this drink looks amazingly like Summer! Find out how to make it on Alcademics. It uses St. Germain elderflower liqueur ... I've seen it popping up in some of the other cocktail menus around the area. I think what's especially sweet in this drink are the lemon peel stars that adorn the top. Remember to sip and craft responsibly!
